Trent Stephens

Trent Stephens received a Theatre Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2013, Stephens directed a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream that was featured in the November issue of American Theatre Magazine. In 2009, he started as a company member of the Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival.

Trent has cherished working for the company every summer in roles as Trinculo in The Tempest, Aguecheek in Twelfth Night, and Menenius in Coriolanus. Since 2015, Stephens has annually served as the guest director for Shakespeare by the Sea. Trent has since moved back to his hometown of Lexington, Kentucky, where he has been privileged to work with companies like AthensWest, Leeds Center for the Arts, and Antagonist Productions. He regularly instructs at Sts. Peter and Paul School and the Lexington Senior Centre.

Trent is co-founder of Central Kentucky Improv inc. and is currently the Director of Education for CKI’s The Studio.
