Daniel J. Gordon

Daniel Gordon is professor and chair of theatre and dance at Winthrop University, in Rock Hill SC.

He has served the Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival in the capacity of associate producer, assistant director and/or technical director for more than twenty years. His other credits include directing for Shakespeare Carolina, lighting design for the national tours of such artists as Carol Channing, Rich Little, Rita Moreno, Jerry Lewis, and the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Locally, he has designed lighting for The Harid Conservatory, Palm Beach DramaWorks, The Burt Reynold’s Institute, The Cuban Classical Ballet, and the International Ballet Festival of Miami.
